In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on 8jjj, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
Minor Access Strictly Prohibited: 8jjj takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any User who provides false age information during registration will have their Account immediately closed and all funds forfeited. We may report such incidents to relevant authorities where appropriate.
Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address.
8jjj is required to verify the identity of its Users before processing withdrawal requests and in other circumstances where verification is deemed necessary. You agree to provide, upon request, any or all of the following documents:
Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or, in serious cases, closure of the Account.
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any registered details change — including your email address or payment details — you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting support. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other individual to access your Account.
You must notify 8jjj support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised. The Operator shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
8jjj will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.
Funds may be deposited into your Account using payment methods listed in the cashier section of the Platform. Available methods vary and are subject to change at the Operator's discretion. Where Pakistani payment rails (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or bank transfer via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) are listed, their availability reflects the Operator's cashier configuration at the time and does not constitute endorsement, affiliation or confirmation of gambling support from any of these institutions.

A bet is only accepted once you have received a confirmation message or reference number from the Platform. The Operator does not accept responsibility for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues, device errors or late submission beyond market closing times.
The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly and demonstrably erroneous — whether due to human error, data feed failure or system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Account Balance. This provision applies to all markets including cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, live casino and all other available betting products.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the event is replayed from the beginning; the market was taken down in error; or applicable rules governing the specific bet type specify voiding conditions. Staked amounts on void bets are returned to your Balance.
Live betting markets are offered subject to real-time data feeds. Odds displayed are updated as frequently as technically possible; however, brief delays may occur. Bets accepted during a temporary data discrepancy may be subject to review. The Operator will communicate outcomes of any such review to the affected User.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
8jjj reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may close your Account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 16.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as notified to Users in the operator's licensing information.
